Craftsmanship

Entertaining is a craft and we hand craft everything ourselves, from our deli sandwiches to each locally garnished hors d'oeuvre. We support other local vendors, use our own herbs from our gardens and we support other professionals who strive to do the same.

We believe in allowing our beautiful ingredients to speak for themselves. We strive to practice a less is more approach. The same is true with our event designs and our event coordination process.

It is what drives all of us. We are caterers because we love what we do and we are here for one reason: We want to help you create something that is truly special and is a reflection of you.

Experience

We have been in business for more than 20 years, our owner, general manager, chefs and managers have over 80 years of combined experience in our industry. Half of that in catering and event design alone. Our executive chef has been with us for more than 18 years and the average stay of our principal team members is 10 years.

Regional and Seasonal Ingredients

We allow the season to dictate our menus within our event menus and bistro locations. We use our own herbs and local ingredients that avails itself year after year.
