Suggested Wines

Our List of recommended wines will always compliment your food, please let our event coordinator know your selections.

Chardonnay
Kenwood Yulupa Chardonnay: Crisp lemon and honeysuckle aromas with subtle notes of French oak, followed by flavors of Bartlett Pears and green apples, rich texture and a smooth finish.
Gala Rouge Chardonnay: Round and supple with a nice acidity which gives the wine structure. Hints of yellow fruits and almond with dry fruit notes and a citrus aroma finish.

Cabernet Sauvignon
Kenwood Yulupa Cabernet Sauvignon: Smooth and refined with flavors of currants and cherries with hints of black licorice, Velvety finish from oak aging.
Louis M Martini 2001 Napa Valley Cabernet Sauvignon: This was a phenomenal vintage for Cabernet Sauvignon. Harvested in the early morning hours to keep the fruit as cool as possible and de-stemmed direct to the tank upon arrival at the winery.

Merlot
Kenwood Yulupa Merlot: A flavorful and well-balanced Merlot with cherry, berry, plum and soft vanilla notes rounded out by supple tannins.
Jekel Vineyards 2001 Monterey Merlot: Deep color and forward aromas of black cherry, boysenberry, plum, vanilla and smoky oak give this wine an impressive allure in the glass.

Zinfandel
Kenwood Yulupa Zinfandel: Vibrant red color with fresh black cherry fruit flavors and aromas. This medium-bodied wine has a supple mouth feel and a lingering, smooth finish.

Riesling
Schlink Haus Kabinett: Made of fully ripened grapes. Fragrant, fine fruit and a light sweetness.

Pinot Grigio
Gabbiano Pinot Grigio 2003: Citrus flavors are evident on the palate delivering complex flavors of green apple, orange and faint lemon. The wine is light-bodied, with a long finish that reveals hints of citrus and almonds.

A beer and wine permit will be required and a minimal charge of $55.00 will be applied.
