Can The Gourmet Gang provide the alcohol for my party?
We give our clients the option of providing their own alcohol or using our complete bar service. Our complete service can supply you everything you will need for your bar such as ice, glasses, etc. We can also provide the ABC licence and certified bartenders to setup your bar and serve.
The Gourmet Gang Bar Options:
1-Provide yourself:
Client is responsible for the items on the bar to include the mixers and the bar fruit. The Gourmet Gang can provide the ABC License at a charge of $55.00. We can provide the Bartenders and the utensils for the bar to include the shakers, pourers, ice tubs, bottle openers, wine openers etc… The Gourmet Gang can also provide the Bartenders for the event for $17.50 per hour per bartender.
2-Signature Drinks Menu:
The Gourmet Gang offers Signature Drinks for a per person charge depending on the selection…please see the signature cocktail section on our website www.gourmetgang.com . These signature drinks will be served by our Bartenders at $17.50 per hour per bartender plus the cost of the drinks per person. The Gourmet Gang will provide the utensils for the bar to include the shakers, pourers, ice tubs, bottle openers, wine openers etc… The Gourmet Gang can provide the ABC License at a charge of $55.00.
3-Well Bar- Basic Bar Set-up No Top Shelf:
Alcohol: Whiskey,Vodka,Gin,Rum Mixers: Coke, 7Up, Sour Mix, Soda Water, Tonic Water, Orange Juice, Pineapple Juice, Cranberry Juice Fruit: Olives,MarichinoCherries Other: Ice, Bar Salt, Fresh Water

The Gourmet Gang will Provide the Well Bar at $9.50 per person which includes the bar fruit and garnish for the beverages and mixers listed above. The Gourmet Gang will provide the the utensils for the bar to include the shakers, pourers, ice tubs, bottle openers, wine openers etc… The Gourmet Gang can also provide the Bartenders for the event for $17.50 per hour per Bartender. The Gourmet Gang can provide the ABC License at a charge of $55.00. Lemons and Limes will be charged per the each on your invoice at $.75 each.
4-Beer and Wine:
The Gourmet Gang is happy to provide the Beer and Wine for your event. Wine is $15.50 per bottle with your choice of our House Red and Our House White. The Gourmet Gang reserves the right to alter the choices based upon Season. The beer is $3.00 per bottle for Domestic and $3.50 per bottle for Import. Our Domestic Selction is Budweiser and Bud Light. Our import Selection is Corona and Heineken. The Beer and wine will be served by our Bartenders at $17.50 per hour per bartender plus the cost of the drinks. The Gourmet Gang will provide the utensils for the bar to include the shakers, pourers, ice tubs, bottle openers, wine openers etc… The Gourmet Gang can provide the ABC License at a charge of $55.00. Lemons and Limes will be charged per the each on your invoice at $.75 each.
5-Full Bar:
The Gourmet Gang is delighted to help you with your full bar to include the following items:
